What you will do

• Lead cost and pricing analyses for complex proposals including RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and ROMs.
• Develop and enhance advanced financial models, including ROI, NPV, and lifecycle cost analyses.
• Perform sophisticated sensitivity analyses and risk assessments to evaluate margin and profitability tradeoffs.
• Provide strategic, data-driven pricing recommendations to leadership to balance competitiveness and risk.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Programs, Contracts, Finance, Sales, and Operations.
• Maintain and standardize pricing tools, databases, and templates to support scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, cost modeling, or proposal support.
• Strong background in product economics, preferably within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Advanced expertise in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas.
• Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex financial concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
