What you will do

• Lead operating plan refreshes and forecast KPIs including headcount, CapEx, and OpEx.
• Manage program and company-wide financial consolidation across customer programs and engineering projects.
• Partner with accounting to support financial close analysis and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Develop tools to track revenue performance and project costs.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to analyze operational KPIs and productivity targets.
• Present analytical insights to executive management and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, green card holder, or protected individual) due to ITAR regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to multi-disciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in a start-up or manufacturing environment.
• MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA).
