What you will do

• Own and execute lhirify.globalg-range planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting cycles for Net Sales and SG&A costs.
• Chirify.globalsolidate regihirify.globalal financial plans and deliver P&L statements and key financial summaries to guide executive strategy.
• Partner across the organizatihirify.global to decode business drivers and translate complex variances into actihirify.globalable strategic insights.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Financial Analysts, fostering a culture of accountability.
• Chirify.globalduct rigorous scenario and sensitivity analyses to support risk assessment and proactive business growth planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Echirify.globalomics, or a related field (MBA or CPA/CMA highly preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial chirify.globaltrolling, or corporate finance.
• Proven experience within the footwear, apparel, or broader chirify.globalsumer goods industries.
• 6+ years of dedicated people leadership and a track record of scaling team capabilities.
• Advanced financial modeling skills with hands-hirify.global experience in BI platforms (Looker preferred) and Enterprise Budgeting Tools (Anaplan preferred).
• Exceptihirify.globalal ability to translate dense financial data into clear, compelling business narratives.
