Salary: $126,000 - $175,000 USD (market-based, varies by location).

What you will do
- Support forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning processes to improve business predictability.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate investments, manage budgets, and drive financial decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models and reporting frameworks connecting operational drivers to financial outcomes.
- Deliver insightful analysis on company performance, including variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A systems, tooling, and processes for increased efficiency.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, and Capital Markets teams to ensure financial rigor.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Consulting, or Investment Banking.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting capabilities.
- Ability to connect operational drivers to financial outcomes and communicate insights clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in New York, NY, or be eligible for relocation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.
