Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Burnaby, BC, Canada; hybrid work with onsite attendance Tuesday through Thursday each week

Salary: CAD$136,000–CAD$170,000 starting base salary annually, plus equity and other compensation components.

What you will do

• Define and execute the three-year roadmap for the global customer data foundation.
• Design and evolve canonical customer data models across product lines.
• Build privacy-by-design capabilities that operationalize global consumer data protection requirements.
• Lead platform adoption, migration, and integration sequencing across teams.
• Partner with engineering on APIs, SDKs, schemas, and system architecture trade-offs.
• Set platform metrics covering reliability, adoption, compliance readiness, and risk reduction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of technical or platform products in fintech, SaaS, or another regulated environment.
• Experience setting and executing multi-year product strategy for infrastructure or shared-services platforms.
• Strong technical fluency in APIs, data modeling, distributed systems, and system architecture.
• Experience embedding global consumer data protection and privacy requirements into product and engineering systems.
• Ability to align engineering, compliance, legal, business, and senior stakeholders in ambiguous environments.
• Experience leading a large-scale migration or platform transformation with measurable outcomes.
