What you will do

• Set the 3-year roadmap for the customer data foundation aligned with company-wide architecture and scalability goals.
• Design and evolve canonical customer data models to ensure consistency and high performance across product lines.
• Embed privacy-by-design into platform architecture to translate global data protection regulations into product capabilities.
• Lead platform adoption and migration efforts, sequencing integration across teams to minimize impact.
• Partner with engineering on APIs, SDKs, schemas, and system design, balancing speed and maintainability.
• Define and report on platform-level metrics, including reliability, adoption, and compliance readiness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience owning technical or platform products.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or other regulated environments.
• Proven track record of executing multi-year product strategies for infrastructure or shared services.
• Strong technical fluency in APIs, data modeling, and distributed systems architecture.
• Experience operationalizing global consumer data protection and privacy requirements.
• Experience leading large-scale migrations or platform transformations with measurable impact.
