What you will do

• Develop and champion product strategies and visions across diverse client engagements.
• Analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to shape requirements and features.
• Manage product roadmaps, plans, and specification documents for human and AI delivery teams.
• Orchestrate product delivery cadence and organize releases based on business value.
• Define analytics patterns to measure product value and observability.
• Build strong relationships with clients and third-party vendors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in a consultation role (Agency, Consultancy, or Professional Services).
• Strong proficiency in stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience with backlog management, sprint planning, and roadmapping.
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience building agent-based products and working with Google ADK.
• Enthusiasm for sharing GenAI workflows with colleagues.
