What you will do

• Develop and maintain a clear product strategy and roadmap for claims experience, focusing on workflow tools and automation.
• Lead major system migrations and platform evolution in partnership with engineering teams.
• Design tools that reduce manual overhead for internal claims, finance, and actuarial professionals.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline product tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Define success metrics and make data-informed decisions to prioritize initiatives.
• Coordinate complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and shipping software products in SaaS or fintech domains.
• Proven track record of leading major system transformations or migrations.
• Strong ability to understand internal workflows and translate them into scalable product solutions.
• Experience using AI tools in daily product work and a willingness to expand knowledge in this domain.
• Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada to align with operational and compensation policies.

• Experience with insurance business processes, underwriting, or policy administration.
