What you will do
- Lead and scale the paid media strategy across the EverPro portfolio, translating growth targets into channel plans and budgets.
- Own the full funnel from awareness and consideration through to acquisition.
- Manage and coach an in-house team of eight media executors and orchestrate relationships with agency partners.
- Embed AI tools and capabilities across workstreams to multiply productivity in creative production and analysis.
- Drive measurement and experimentation, moving toward incrementality and rigorous test-and-learn cadences.
- Partner with product, brand, lifecycle, analytics, and finance teams to align paid media with unit economics.
Requirements
- 10+ years in digital/performance marketing, with 3–5+ years of experience leading and developing teams.
- Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition against significant budgets.
- Deep expertise in paid search (Google, Bing), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit), and programmatic.
- Must be eligible to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship.
- Strong analytical fluency in attribution, LTV:CAC, and payback periods.
- AI-native fluency with a track record of using AI tools to improve professional workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience in SMB-focused SaaS, subscription, or app-based businesses.
- Familiarity with home, field, or professional services verticals.
- Experience with modern martech stacks and warehouse-based reporting.
