What you will do
- Define and lead the global performance marketing and acquisition strategy for the CAP division.
- Own SEO and answer engine optimization (AEO) strategy, including technical SEO and AI-driven discovery readiness.
- Lead paid search and paid social execution across Google, Bing, and LinkedIn.
- Establish performance measurement frameworks and executive-level reporting for cross-channel influence.
- Build and mentor a high-performing, multidisciplinary team across SEO and paid media.
- Ensure all marketing investments align with regulatory constraints and buyer intent.
Requirements
- Must be based in New York or Atlanta.
- Extensive leadership experience in performance marketing or growth roles within B2B financial services, fintech, or SaaS.
- Proven success in owning both organic and paid growth strategies with measurable business outcomes.
- Deep expertise in search-driven discoverability, technical SEO, and AI/LLM-driven answer engines.
- Strong paid media leadership experience, including budgeting and optimization at scale.
- Track record of operating effectively within large, matrixed enterprise environments with strict compliance requirements.
