What you will do

• Lead omni-channel digital media planning across paid search, social, programmatic display, and video.
• Execute and optimize campaigns on platforms including Google, Meta, Amazon, TikTok, DV360, and The Trade Desk.
• Develop audience-led strategies and testing frameworks using AI-supported forecasting tools.
• Partner with analytics teams to ensure precise tracking, attribution, and data-driven storytelling.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and performance insights.
• Mentor junior planners and buyers to elevate media excellence within the practice.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in digital media planning and buying, preferably in an agency environment.
• Hands-on expertise in paid social, display, programmatic, online video, and search.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing multi-channel budgets.
• Knowledge of tracking methodologies, ad ops fundamentals, and measurement tools.
• Must be based in Ontario or Québec, Canada.
• Fluency in English is required for collaboration across Americas and Europe.
