What you will do

• Deliver onboarding and specialized training for PLM (Teamcenter) and CAD (NX) tools.
• Design and maintain role-based learning paths and structured training modules for designers and support teams.
• Teach CAD principles, modeling strategies, and Model-Based Definition (MBD/MBE) workflows.
• Develop and manage training materials including guides, videos, and Confluence documentation.
• Collaborate with Configuration Management and Product Lifecycle Engineering to support tool upgrades and process rollouts.
• Monitor adoption trends and gather user feedback to continuously improve training content.

Requirements

• Practical experience as a design engineer, CAD specialist, or drafter creating production-ready CAD.
• Proficiency in training users on CAD systems (NX, CATIA, CREO) and PLM systems (Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia).
• Experience with Model-Based Definition (MBD) and Model-Based Enterprise (MBE) workflows.
• Ability to model complex components, including surfacing-driven geometry and Wave Linking.
• Strong understanding of engineering change processes, including Change Requests and Change Notices.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

• Hands-on expertise in Siemens Teamcenter (BOM management, data structures).
• Experience with composite modeling workflows in CPD or Fibersim.
• Background in aerospace, automotive, or other complex engineering environments.
• Experience facilitating working groups to define organizational standards and best practices.
