What you will do

• Translate business needs into a prioritised, actionable delivery plan.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Business Sponsor and the technical squad.
• Coach business sponsors and stakeholders on data-driven, product-centric ways of working.
• Manage the product backlog, sequencing use cases based on value, feasibility, and technical complexity.
• Ensure the team remains focused on delivering measurable commercial ROI.

Requirements

• Experience in Agile product management.
• Commercial acumen for tracking ROI and value realisation.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical requirements.
• Expertise in backlog prioritisation.
• Strong coaching skills to improve business data literacy.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Reading, United Kingdom.
