TL;DR

Product Manager (Fintech): Shaping the future of credit cards through innovative propositions and strategic co-branded partnerships with an accent on commercial performance and partner relationship management. Focus on driving acquisition and profitability through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Hybrid (Chester or Manchester). Must spend at least two days per week (40% of time) at an office site.

Salary: £61,344 - £68,160

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with external partners and internal teams to ensure alignment on priorities and campaigns.
  • Analyze portfolio performance using data to drive acquisition, spend, engagement, and profitability.
  • Develop and improve credit card propositions, including features, rewards, and customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Risk, Analytics, and Operations to turn insights into actionable product enhancements.
  • Deliver campaigns and initiatives that grow and evolve strategic co-branded partnerships.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience within financial services, specifically in product, partnerships, or commercial roles.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a deep understanding of P&L drivers and performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using data to generate insights and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and delivery timelines.

Nice to have

  • Experience with co-brand or partnership-led propositions.
  • Exposure to credit card products or consumer lending.
  • Experience in cross-functional environments involving risk and analytics teams.
