What you will do

• Manage flood control projects including levee systems, pump stations, and dams.
• Design stormwater infrastructure and conduct necessary field investigations to support study assignments.
• Develop detailed design packages, contract drawings, and permit applications.
• Perform H&H modeling and prepare technical studies, reports, and project specifications.
• Provide cost estimating support and oversee construction administration.
• Coordinate directly with clients, regulatory officials, and contractors.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• EIT certification is required; PE license is a plus.
• 3-7 years of experience in Civil or Environmental Engineering, preferably with H&H experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Civil 3D is required.
• Strong technical writing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with GIS, Hydraflow, HydroCAD, and HEC-RAS software.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal flood regulations, including FEMA maps and studies.
