Civil Designer (Civil Engineering)

Salary: $68,000 - $72,000 per year

What you will do

• Assist in preparing roadway, stormwater, and utility designs.
• Produce drawings, plans, cost estimates, and technical documents.
• Conduct site visits and assist with construction observation and data collection.
• Support senior engineers in evaluating design alternatives and solving technical challenges.
• Collaborate with teams across planning, environmental, and surveying disciplines.
• Engage in design training and mentoring activities to build a technical foundation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• EIT certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Familiarity with Civil 3D (preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
