What you will do

• Design and execute requirements-based tests for the eVTOL Flight Control System and its subsystems.
• Work collaboratively to correlate test results with analyses and predictions.
• Evaluate test data to confirm the performance of tested aircraft components.
• Ensure all testing is compliant with FAA, DoD, and other relevant aircraft standards.
• Verify that the scope of tests meets strict requirements for aircraft certification.
• Prepare detailed technical reports documenting all test results.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a related engineering field.
• Degree in Systems, Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering.
• Experience with requirements-based testing, preferably applying ARP4754A, DO-178C, or similar guidelines.
• Background using Polarion, DOORS, or similar requirements management tools.
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Must have valid US work authorization (no sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• Experience with continuous integration and test tools like TeamCity or Jenkins.
• Proficiency with Python, MATLAB, NI, or other data acquisition and analysis software.
• Experience with integrated system communication protocols such as ARINC429, CAN, Ethernet, or RS485.
