Salary: $122,900 - $244,835

What you will do

• Design, develop, and execute test plans for RMS hardware and software components.
• Lead engineers across product teams in planning and reporting system-level tests.
• Automate test procedures to improve repeatability and reduce cycle time.
• Perform root cause analysis of failures and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain test documentation according to DoD and aerospace standards (MIL STD 810, DO 254).
• Define test strategies and risk mitigation plans aligned with program milestones.

Requirements

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in aerospace or defense test engineering.
• Strong knowledge of industry test tools used in test automation.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rotary and Mission Line of Business (LOB) critical systems.
• Exposure to model-based design and testing.
• Knowledge of IBM ELM product Suite.
• Interest in AI technologies.
• Knowledge of Agile practices as applied to systems testing.
