What you will do

• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories for C&P digital products.
• Manage the product backlog using Jira and support Agile delivery processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to shape and configure solutions aligned with business outcomes.
• Ensure stability, evolution, and adoption of procurement solutions across the region.
• Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and issue investigation using Excel.
• Support end-to-end Source-to-Pay ecosystem integration.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or system support roles.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM and S/4HANA or cloud-based procurement platforms (Ariba, Coupa).
• English fluency is mandatory.
• Spanish fluency is required.
• Strong understanding of ERP integrations (APIs, Idocs, EDI) and master data concepts.
• Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Portuguese.
• Experience with TradeShift or other Foreign Trade systems (OSGT).
