What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project charters, roadmaps, and product visions.
- Develop and maintain product backlogs, including epics, features, and user stories.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and platform capabilities in Genesys Cloud and Dynamics 365.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
- Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets, providing support for contact center agents and leadership.
- Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in Contact Center environments.
- Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud Platform and Dynamics 365.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and diagramming tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience in Contact Center transformation programs.
- Certifications in Genesys Cloud, Dynamics 365, or Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
