What you will do

• Design, configure, implement, and test end-to-end supply chain planning solutions.
• Gather business requirements and operational data, document future-state processes, and translate business logic into technical platform designs.
• Build complex datasets and configure technical specifications in the enterprise planning platform.
• Apply statistical methods, optimization algorithms, simulations, and predictive models to analyze enterprise data, generate forecasts, and develop operational plans.
• Create workflow and data analytics test cases, track issues, and support automated testing and solution fixes.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, research and development teams, and business and IT stakeholders; deliver user training and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements

• Experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in supply chain or logistics.
• Master’s degree with at least 1 year of experience, or bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience.
• Degree in operations research, industrial engineering, engineering management, business analytics, or a related field focused on operations or analytics.
• Experience with business requirements, solution design, development, UAT/SIT, go-live or cutover, and value realization is preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL Server or MySQL and SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or similar languages; proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets is required.
• Statistical, optimization, simulation, data mining, and large-scale data processing skills; experience with R, SAS, CPLEX, or similar tools is preferred.
