What you will do

• Design and configure end-to-end hirify.global, aligning them with identified business requirements and industry best practices.
• Collect and process large-scale operational and supply chain data from various sources including databases and Excel.
• Utilize mathematical models, statistical techniques, and optimization algorithms to provide deep business insights and data visualizations.
• Develop technical specification documents and implement rigorous performance monitoring systems.
• Execute ETL processes and create time-series forecasts and operational plans.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to resolve solution gaps and design automated testing protocols.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Dallas, Texas
• Master's degree with 1 year of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience.
• Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases such as SQL Server or MySQL.
• Experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working within a logistics organization.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with statistical and optimization tools such as R, SAS, or CPLEX.
• Knowledge of data mining techniques and processing large enterprise datasets.
• Experience using Agile methodology to deliver large-scale enterprise implementations.
