Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Edinburgh, UK (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Create and manage purchase orders while verifying invoices and confirming delivery of goods.
• Provide cross-functional support for DevOps, Engineering, IT, and BizApps using Coupa.
• Maintain vendor contracts, SOWs, and security compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with suppliers to manage orders, timelines, and resolve operational issues.
• Track operational budgets and prepare financial reports comparing budget vs actuals.
• Coordinate end-to-end hardware procurement, including RFQs, shipping, and installation scheduling.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Edinburgh, UK
• Experience or working knowledge of purchase orders, invoicing, and commercial terms.
• Exposure to logistics and global shipping processes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify discrepancies and process improvements.
