What you will do

• Lead and grow the App Engine team building the framework for deep learning model integration.
• Drive technical execution in CUDA optimization, GPU resource management, and model conversion (PyTorch, TensorRT, ONNX).
• Ensure reliability, determinism, and scalability for multi-sensor autonomous driving workloads.
• Collaborate with Perception, Planning, Systems, Validation, Hardware, and Safety teams.
• Mentor and coach engineers to cultivate a high-trust, collaborative culture.
• Manage delivery and align near-term goals with long-term architectural vision.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle people management experience.
• Deep technical expertise in CUDA, GPU parallel computing, and inference optimization.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and Linux-based development for real-time systems.
• Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorRT, ONNX) and deployment pipelines.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with production AV or ADAS middleware frameworks.
• Familiarity with safety standards like ISO 26262 or ASPICE.
• Background in distributed systems or high-performance computing.
