Location: Remote (Must be based in Canada)
Salary: $201,000 - $299,000 CAD per year

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior Transformation Architects embedded in strategic enterprise accounts.
- Drive internal organizational change to improve collaboration between sales, architecture, and delivery teams.
- Partner with C-suite and senior technical stakeholders to align AWS solutions with business goals.
- Own the technical narrative for high-stakes, multi-phase project pursuits.
- Contribute to internal playbooks and technical thought leadership to scale delivery patterns.
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts by partnering with CTOs and AWS field partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AWS architecture and operating cloud solutions.
- 10+ years in infrastructure, applications, databases, or networking architecture.
- 10+ years in consulting driving complex technical solutions for enterprise clients.
- AWS Solutions Architect – Professional certification required.
- Must be based in Canada; visa sponsorship is not provided.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Nice to have
- AWS DevOps Professional or other AWS Specialty certifications.
- Deep domain expertise in AI, Data, Application Development, or DevOps.
- Industry experience in FinTech, HealthCare, or Oil & Gas.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC2, HIPAA, or GDPR.
