Engineering Manager (Manufacturing): Leading the Virtual Product Development organization for Building Construction Products with an accent on Finite Element Analysis, Cost Analytics, and simulation tools. Salary: $159,120 - $238,680

What you will do

• Lead the Virtual Product Development (VPD) organization, including FEA, Cost Analytics, and Checking & Releasing.
• Execute divisional VPD engineering strategy, adopting new technologies and improving engineering methodologies.
• Leverage advanced simulation tools and AI to shift product development decisions to earlier stages of the lifecycle.
• Integrate in-house testing and customer field data to improve product performance and quality.
• Provide divisional leadership for structures by hosting technical forums and advising on critical design considerations.
• Lead North American university recruiting efforts and strategic workforce planning.

Requirements

• Must be based in or eligible to work in the USA; visa sponsorship is NOT available.
• Proven experience in managerial and technical leadership within an engineering organization.
• Strong skills in strategic and tactical planning across short-term and long-term horizons.
• Deep technical knowledge of simulation and problem-solving methodologies.
• Ability to lead high-performing teams and collaborate across global, cross-cultural networks.
• Advanced degree in Engineering or Business.

• Significant experience with artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging simulation technologies.
