What you will do

• Build business plans focused on profitable growth, margin expansion, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor financial and operational performance to identify value drivers and necessary plan adjustments.
• Steer high-impact initiatives such as procurement tools and pricing strategies.
• Contribute to investor relations, board meetings, and fundraising activities.
• Develop and maintain best-in-class tools for financial planning and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with C-level executives and cross-functional teams to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience: >1 year in management consulting, investment banking, or a top tech scale-up
• Language: Excellent fluency in both English and French
• Expertise in financial modeling.
• Experience working directly with C-level executives.
• Ability to drive projects end-to-end in a high-intensity environment.
• Location: Must be legally eligible to work from France

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, Insurance, or Scale-up environments.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Knowledge of accounting.
