What you will do

• Negotiate and secure competitive FX spreads with partner banks and liquidity providers.
• Monitor daily FX exposure and execute trades to optimize costs and implement hedging strategies.
• Oversee backend payment operations, including daily reconciliations and settlement flows.
• Coordinate with finance on cashflow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimize FX rate engines and backend tools.
• Define and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for treasury and trading operations.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in FX trading, treasury operations, or payments treasury.
• Background in banking, fintech, or Payment Service Providers (PSPs).
• Deep understanding of cross-border payment flows, FX markets, and settlement mechanics.
• Hands-on experience in running treasury operations and performing reconciliations.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with liquidity providers and custodians.
• Must be based in the APAC region
