What you will do

  • Own and manage the Deal Desk function for APAC, ensuring deals are structured strategically and compliant with internal policies.
  • Translate and operationalize hirify.global policies and strategy for APAC, adapting global standards to reflect regional market dynamics.
  • Build strong partnerships with Sales teams and leadership to expedite deals and enhance process efficiency.
  • Lead and drive operational improvements by identifying process gaps and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Support Finance during month-end close and audits, ensuring all deals are accurately reconciled between systems.
  • Educate and enable Sales teams on process changes, policy updates, and Deal Desk best practices.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of deal desk experience with at least 2+ years experience as a people leader.
  • Proven relationship builder who can partner effectively with Sales leadership, Finance, Legal, and GTM Operations.
  • Experience across various business models, supporting both subscription-based and consumption-based revenue structures.
  • Strong operational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Builder mindset: comfortable working through ambiguity and maturing processes and systems.
  • Clear and concise communicator, able to simplify complex concepts and influence stakeholders.
