What you will do

• Partner with sales, legal, and engineering teams to provide commercial insights and act as a trusted advisor.
• Lead the deals desk and pricing strategy to drive profitable solutions through optimized deal structures.
• Evaluate and provide commercial support for new product development and business expansion initiatives.
• Design, analyze, and manage sales commission structures to ensure alignment with revenue targets.
• Develop financial reports, forecasts, and KPI dashboards to measure the success of commercial strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or CFA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in commercial finance or FP&A, ideally within a global organization.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and business intelligence tools like Power BI and Salesforce.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to non-commercial stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently within a global remote team.
