Salary: $211,000 – $234,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Lead the commercial execution framework for cloud-partner transactions, specifically focusing on the AWS and partnership.
- Structure and execute complex AWS Marketplace and partner-led enterprise transactions as a subject matter expert.
- Establish governance, guardrails, and approval matrices to assess downstream impact on contracting, billing, and revenue recognition.
- Translate commercial requirements into scalable quote-to-cash (QTC) workflows and systems requirements.
- Build repeatable execution mechanisms, including SOPs and playbooks to strengthen the commercial motion.
- Manage the daily structuring and execution of private offers on the marketplace.
Requirements
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco, CA (hybrid model: 3 days per week in office).
- 7+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, channel sales, or enterprise SaaS/cloud-commercial functions.
- Expertise in structuring non-standard enterprise transactions and building scalable controls.
- Strong command of quote-to-cash (QTC) processes and their financial/operational impacts.
- Experience with enterprise commercial systems such as Salesforce and CPQ.
- Ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Legal, and Finance.
Nice to have
- Deep experience with AWS Marketplace transactions (private offers, cloud commitments, billing).
- Familiarity with AWS co-sell or partner-led enterprise sales motions.
- Knowledge of marketplace transaction dependencies, including entitlements, provisioning, and usage reporting.
