What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to Sales on pricing, discounting, and compliance to ensure adherence to bookings and revenue frameworks.
• Maintain and optimize a best-in-class deal workflow across cross-functional partners.
• Manage deal flow and ensure seamless handoffs to finance, legal, and product teams.
• Provide quoting support and subject matter expertise on pricing and licensing for global sales teams.
• Ensure high data quality for closed opportunities, order forms, quotes, and subscriptions in CRM tools.
• Support GTM teams on contract structuring and monitor deals through the approval process.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in deal desk, order management, or sales operations roles.
• Strong mathematical proficiency to manage complex deal structures and ARR calculations.
• Ability to handle complex contract combinations, including order forms, SSA, and SOW.
• Experience using Salesforce, Salesforce-CPQ, DealHub, and Gong.
• Proven ability to drive consensus among diverse cross-functional stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
