What you will do

  • Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent across multiple channels.
  • Lead thorough candidate assessments and guide stakeholders through structured selection processes.
  • Manage the offer process end-to-end, including compensation negotiation and closing.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize processes and inform stakeholder decisions.
  • Champion the employer brand and stay current on industry trends and labor market dynamics.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in tech startup environments.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Strong command of recruiting data and analytics to guide decision-making.
  • Track record of building innovative, multi-channel sourcing strategies.
  • High sense of urgency and ability to deliver in fast-moving environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience navigating complex offer negotiations.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Ashby ATS.
