What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for sales (BDRs, AEs, partnerships), operations, and technical functions.
- Proactively identify and engage top-tier candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and creative outbound sourcing strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define talent strategy, hiring needs, and interview processes.
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for current and future growth.
- Refine recruiting operations, hiring workflows, and external employer branding.
- Ensure a high-quality, responsive, and thoughtful candidate experience throughout the process.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States.
- Able to work some evening hours to interview candidates in the Singapore timezone.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house, agency, or both).
- Proven success hiring sales and go-to-market (GTM) talent.
- Experience supporting technical recruiting for engineering and product teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting within fintech, payments, or high-growth startups.
- Background in building recruiting processes and interview infrastructure from the ground up.
- Strong expertise in modern sourcing and talent engagement strategies.
