What you will do
- Disseminate updates to functional teams and collaborate on corrective actions.
- Analyze supplier data to generate actionable insights and comprehensive reports.
- Monitor performance metrics, risk indicators, and compliance status.
- Provide day-to-day query support for internal stakeholders and subcontract managers.
- Coordinate proposal activities for the Global Supply Chain team.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen due to facility access requirements.
- Experience in procurement, subcontract management, or project management.
- Strong business acumen and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
Nice to have
- Experience in the defense industry and production programs.
- Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures.
- Experience leading cross-functional Integrated Product Teams.
- Familiarity with Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) and Risk Management.
- Proficiency with SAP buying systems and Acquisition Policies (LMAP).
