What you will do

• Disseminate updates to functional teams and collaborate on corrective actions.
• Analyze supplier data to generate actionable insights and comprehensive reports.
• Monitor performance metrics, risk indicators, and compliance status.
• Provide day-to-day query support for internal stakeholders and subcontract managers.
• Coordinate proposal activities for the Global Supply Chain team.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen due to facility access requirements.
• Experience in procurement, subcontract management, or project management.
• Strong business acumen and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience in the defense industry and production programs.
• Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures.
• Experience leading cross-functional Integrated Product Teams.
• Familiarity with Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) and Risk Management.
