Salary: $113,100 - $148,400

What you will do

  • Design and maintain standardized procurement processes and the overall control framework.
  • Develop and govern core procurement policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Partner with Innovation, Data, and Contracts teams to implement technology capabilities.
  • Establish performance measurement frameworks and track key metrics for sourcing and supplier management.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Support audit readiness and strengthen the organizational control environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Continuous Improvement, Vendor Management, or Risk Management.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Springfield, MA or Boston, MA (Hybrid).
  • Experience working in a procurement center of excellence or matrixed environment.
  • Background in procurement technologies such as Ariba or Levelpath.
  • Experience partnering with Audit and Compliance teams in regulated industries.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
