Salary: $80,000.00–$110,000.00 annually

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end supplier relationships, including daily/weekly supplier surveillance, monitoring, and performance development.
- Convert demand signals into compliant purchase orders in line with contractual terms and systems/processes.
- Coordinate with Operations (Manufacturing, A&T, Planning) on buffer strategies, forecast validation, and procurement methods.
- Evaluate supplier performance, identify/mitigate risks, and lead supplier recovery and improvement activities.
- Drive cross-functional root cause investigations and corrective actions to achieve continuous supplier improvement.
- Support supplier selection, negotiation, and supplier development; proactively address operational issues to ensure continuity of supply (with ~20% travel).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Experience managing and developing supplier/customer relationships and procurement processes.
- Experience performing Lean/Six Sigma problem-solving analysis.
- Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS.
- Must pass a full physical including bloodwork and Pulmonary Function testing.
