What you will do
- Own and deliver revenue targets for IT Networking and ProAV segments in Taiwan.
- Develop and execute territory strategies to drive market expansion and new business acquisition.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise customers, system integrators, and channel partners.
- Drive demand generation and manage a sustainable sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with regional APAC sales teams to share market insights and align on cross-market opportunities.
- Position networking and AV solutions through demos, presentations, and solution design support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, IT networking, or ProAV industries.
- Proven track record of driving territory growth and closing complex deals.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills for cross-functional environments.
- Ability to operate independently in a lean environment with high ownership.
- Familiarity with the Taiwan market is highly preferred.
