What you will do

  • Own and deliver revenue targets for IT Networking and ProAV segments in Taiwan.
  • Develop and execute territory strategies to drive market expansion and new business acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise customers, system integrators, and channel partners.
  • Drive demand generation and manage a sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with regional APAC sales teams to share market insights and align on cross-market opportunities.
  • Position networking and AV solutions through demos, presentations, and solution design support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, IT networking, or ProAV industries.
  • Proven track record of driving territory growth and closing complex deals.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills for cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to operate independently in a lean environment with high ownership.
  • Familiarity with the Taiwan market is highly preferred.
