What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all distributors within the assigned markets.
  • Drive the recruitment of new partners into the Channel Partner Program.
  • Train and educate partners on products, services, and value propositions.
  • Manage stock levels, rotation, and product mix to optimize availability.
  • Plan and implement distributor marketing activities with clear ROI metrics.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and share insights with sales and management teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written).
  • Must be based in Hong Kong or Taipei.
  • Strong knowledge of IP-based technologies and networking solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
