TL;DR

Channel Account Manager (Networking): Driving revenue growth and expanding enterprise channel business across the Nordics with an accent on partner recruitment, high-value deal negotiation, and cloud-managed networking solutions. Focus on building executive-level relationships, executing annual account plans, and consistently outperforming sales targets in a competitive market.

Location: Must be based in Sweden with 50%+ travel required across the Nordics.

Salary: SEK 1,006,000 – SEK 1,198,000 (On Target Earnings).

What you will do

  • Proactively hunt, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including distributors, SIs, and MSPs.
  • Drive revenue growth across switching, wireless, and cloud-managed product categories.
  • Develop and execute annual account plans with accurate forecasting and opportunity management.
  • Build and leverage CEO/CTO-level relationships within partner organizations to secure high-value projects.
  • Negotiate pricing, margins, and proposals to close complex enterprise deals.
  • Collaborate with internal SE, Marketing, and Product teams to maximize regional sales outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Partner/Channel Account Manager role with a networking vendor.
  • Proven track record of hunting and closing high-value IT networking deals.
  • Strong existing network across the Nordics IT channel.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish.
  • Willingness to travel regularly (50%+ of the time) for customer meetings.
  • Deep understanding of channel dynamics and partner economics.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling cloud-managed networking solutions like hirify.global Insight.
  • Familiarity with MSP business models.
  • Proficiency in additional Nordic languages (Finnish, Danish, or Norwegian).
