Salary: SEK 1,006,000 – SEK 1,198,000 (On Target Earnings).

What you will do
- Proactively hunt, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including distributors, SIs, and MSPs.
- Drive revenue growth across switching, wireless, and cloud-managed product categories.
- Develop and execute annual account plans with accurate forecasting and opportunity management.
- Build and leverage CEO/CTO-level relationships within partner organizations to secure high-value projects.
- Negotiate pricing, margins, and proposals to close complex enterprise deals.
- Collaborate with internal SE, Marketing, and Product teams to maximize regional sales outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Partner/Channel Account Manager role with a networking vendor.
- Proven track record of hunting and closing high-value IT networking deals.
- Strong existing network across the Nordics IT channel.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
- Willingness to travel regularly (50%+ of the time) for customer meetings.
- Deep understanding of channel dynamics and partner economics.
Nice to have
- Experience selling cloud-managed networking solutions like Insight.
- Familiarity with MSP business models.
- Proficiency in additional Nordic languages (Finnish, Danish, or Norwegian).
