What you will do

  • Lead the development and execution of a future-focused GTM plan for the Nordics.
  • Attract, develop, and lead a diverse team of sales professionals across multiple sales motions.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to key strategic customers to drive long-term success and expansion.
  • Deliver actionable market insights to product and leadership teams to ensure regional relevance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to increase brand visibility and maximize opportunities.
  • Act as the senior in-region executive presence for hirify.global across the Nordics at external events and C-level engagements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams in fast-paced Enterprise SaaS environments.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B technology sales with a strong grasp of GTM dynamics.
  • Proven success in scaling complex sales organizations and handling enterprise deals exceeding $500K.
  • Expertise in recruiting, mentoring, and developing diverse, high-growth teams.
  • Strong ability to operate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Must have deep expertise and operational presence within the Nordics market.
