What you will do
- Lead the development and execution of a future-focused GTM plan for the Nordics.
- Attract, develop, and lead a diverse team of sales professionals across multiple sales motions.
- Serve as a trusted partner to key strategic customers to drive long-term success and expansion.
- Deliver actionable market insights to product and leadership teams to ensure regional relevance.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to increase brand visibility and maximize opportunities.
- Act as the senior in-region executive presence for across the Nordics at external events and C-level engagements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams in fast-paced Enterprise SaaS environments.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B technology sales with a strong grasp of GTM dynamics.
- Proven success in scaling complex sales organizations and handling enterprise deals exceeding $500K.
- Expertise in recruiting, mentoring, and developing diverse, high-growth teams.
- Strong ability to operate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Must have deep expertise and operational presence within the Nordics market.
