What you will do

  • Prospect and close new mid-market logos within the assigned territory.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery to negotiation and close.
  • Oversee a portfolio of 15–20 strategic accounts, driving renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Channel Account Managers, and BDRs to build joint pipelines.
  • Utilize Salesforce and Clari for accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
  • Leverage AI-driven insights and automation to scale personalized outreach and identify at-risk accounts.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of closing new business.
  • Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Strong discovery and objection-handling skills for engaging IT directors and security leaders.
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Clari, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoominfo.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Stockholm, Sweden.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered sales tools to enhance productivity and customer insights.
