What you will do
- Prospect and close new mid-market logos within the assigned territory.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery to negotiation and close.
- Oversee a portfolio of 15–20 strategic accounts, driving renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Channel Account Managers, and BDRs to build joint pipelines.
- Utilize Salesforce and Clari for accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
- Leverage AI-driven insights and automation to scale personalized outreach and identify at-risk accounts.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of closing new business.
- Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and manage the full sales cycle.
- Strong discovery and objection-handling skills for engaging IT directors and security leaders.
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Clari, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoominfo.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Stockholm, Sweden.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered sales tools to enhance productivity and customer insights.
