TL;DR

Territory Account Manager (AV): Driving sales growth for IP networking and wireless products across the Benelux region with an accent on partner engagement, channel development, and solution selling. Location: Hybrid role based in the Netherlands, requiring regular travel across the Benelux region.

Compensation: €115,000 – €136,000 OTE plus equity.

What you will do

  • Proactively build and manage top-tier commercial AV business partners across Benelux.
  • Identify, recruit, and develop strategic accounts including integrators, distributors, and consultants.
  • Manage and expand distribution channels to build a healthy project pipeline.
  • Deliver regular partner training and drive adoption of cloud-managed networking solutions.
  • Create business plans, negotiate agreements, and provide accurate sales forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product management, and technical support.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Dutch required.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and growing top-tier accounts in the AV industry.
  • Proven track record in AV over IP and modern networking solutions.
  • Strong existing relationships with value-added distributors and systems integrators.
  • Ability to work autonomously and execute local strategies within a global framework.
  • Must be based in the Netherlands with ability to travel regularly across Benelux.

Nice to have

  • French language skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
