What you will do
- Develop and execute business plans to target and engage end customers in the Netherlands.
- Build long-term relationships as a trusted advisor to uncover new business opportunities and drive revenue.
- Collaborate with Channel Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to manage 360º customer relations.
- Coordinate with partners and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Track performance against KPIs and maintain detailed opportunity reports in Salesforce.
- Represent the brand as an ambassador at trade shows and industry events.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the industry.
- Native proficiency in Dutch and fluency in English.
- Proven experience selling high-value solutions, preferably in IT or security.
- Strong business acumen and ability to create compelling value propositions for each account.
- Experience with account planning, mapping, and CRM platform management.
- Must be based in the Netherlands.
