What you will do

• Provide daily technical support for computer, printer, network, and internal systems hardware and software.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, mobile devices, workstations, and servers.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding, off-boarding, and provisioning processes including identity management.
• Deploy and maintain device management and software deployment solutions.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, ISO, and other internal standards.
• Create and maintain internal procedures and client-facing help documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related IT work experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
• Technical degree or relevant IT support certifications.
• Experience with desktop imaging and device management solutions.
• Ability to physically move and lift IT equipment including servers and rack hardware.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
