What you will do
- Monitor and resolve help desk tickets as a first responder.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and basic security configurations.
- Perform system imaging and hardware troubleshooting.
- Assess customer issues and escalate major problems to appropriate technical resources.
- Maintain high standards of communication as the face of the IT department.
Requirements
- Must be based in Chicago, IL, USA.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in US English.
- Associate degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Ability to work on-site at the Chicago office.
- Positive attitude, quick thinking, and strong follow-up capabilities.
