What you will do

• Define the strategy for ingesting and normalizing device data from diverse OEM partners including solar inverters, batteries, and HVAC systems.
• Design standardized data models and API contracts to ensure reliable, high-quality data for downstream business units.
• Lead integration negotiations with hardware manufacturers to maximize signal fidelity and data access.
• Build self-service platform capabilities that empower internal teams to query and act on device data independently.
• Develop outcome-driven alerting logic to improve performance monitoring and field service dispatch quality.
• Own the product roadmap, OKRs, and execution cycles in close collaboration with engineering and operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, specifically with data platforms, IoT, or hardware-connected systems.
• Proven track record of managing external integration roadmaps and vendor partnerships.
• Proficiency in SQL or equivalent data analysis tools for decision-making.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience with operational intelligence or monitoring/alerting products.
• Must be based in Charlotte, NC.
