Salary: $327,500–$385,000

What you will do

• Define the long-term product vision and roadmap for hardware platforms, accessories, and operator experiences.
• Translate company strategy, technical constraints, and manufacturing realities into a clear product strategy.
• Own the full hardware lifecycle from concept exploration through architecture, development, and in-field iteration.
• Drive product discovery through user research, field visits, and operational data analysis.
• Partner with UX and Industrial Design to shape intuitive end-to-end user and operator experiences.
• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product managers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with significant leadership in complex hardware and software products.
• Proven success bringing products from early concept through production, launch, and global scale.
• Technical fluency in consumer electronics, embedded systems, AI, biometrics, or manufacturing.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence senior cross-functional stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel globally to engage with users, operators, and manufacturing partners.
• Experience hiring and leading high-performing product teams.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping robotics, medical devices, or identity systems.
• Deep expertise in high-volume manufacturing and New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Background in building products where privacy, security, and trust are core requirements.
