TL;DR

Product Manager (IoT/AI): Defining and launching a new commercial product at the intersection of software, IoT, and AI-enabled development with an accent on technical execution and hands-on prototyping. Location: Must be based in Tysons, Virginia (4 days a week in office)

Salary: $84,800 - $95,000 USD

What you will do

• Drive the product roadmap and vision for a new offering from concept to release.
• Translate complex customer problems into clear product requirements and technical specifications.
• Partner with software, device, and quality engineering teams to shepherd features through development.
• Actively use AI-assisted tools to accelerate research, analyze data, and contribute to technical workflows.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support to build go-to-market strategies and training materials.
• Track product adoption and usage metrics to inform future prioritization and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) required.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in product, engineering, or technical operations.
• Demonstrated comfort learning and using AI tools to solve problems and improve workflows.
• Strong interest in contributing directly to technical work, including prototypes, scripts, or code-assisted implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship available.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with large language models or workflow automation tools.
• Exposure to software development, scripting, or technical troubleshooting.
• Experience working on technical products in a cross-functional environment.
