• Map the end-to-end post-sales customer journey from purchase to support and consumption.
• Design and deploy autonomous or human-in-the-loop AI agents to automate complex service tasks.
• Architect a unified product roadmap integrating Salesforce, Gainsight, and telemetry data lakes.
• Utilize generative AI to deliver predictive and personalized customer experiences.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between Business units, R&D, IT Architecture, and Data Engineering.
• Establish KPIs for AI-powered features to track model performance and business ROI.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience in enterprise technology or CX domains.
• Proven track record of launching scalable, AI-powered solutions.
• Deep expertise in Agentic AI systems and generative conversational frameworks.
• Strong experience integrating AI with enterprise platforms like Salesforce and Gainsight.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and AI-first product development.
