What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of water resource professionals and support staff.
• Manage project delivery and ensure client expectations are met.
• Perform water resources assessments and analyze environmental data.
• Develop and review complex hydrologic, hydraulic, and hydrodynamic models.
• Prepare and review technical scientific reports.
• Develop proposals and marketing plans to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Water Resources Engineering, Geology, or Hydro Science required (Advanced degree preferred).
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Must be a registered professional engineer, geologist, or hydrologist.
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
• Demonstrated experience with Florida environmental regulatory frameworks (MFLs, TMDLs, BMAPs).
• Proficiency in modeling software such as HEC, SWMM, ICPR, and SEFA.
