What you will do

• Determine and deliver industrial plumbing product quotations based on specific customer requirements.
• Analyze customer specifications to ensure technical requirements can be satisfied and align products with needs.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external sales representatives, and customers.
• Collaborate with design engineering to develop accurate cost estimates for project quotations.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and other functions to ensure alignment on proposed solutions and timelines.
• Manage technical documentation requests and monitor market-level pricing and competition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related business area.
• 5+ years of technical work experience.
• Experience with Commercial and Industrial piping systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be based in or work on-site at the Menomonee Falls, WI location.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of hydraulic principles, pumps, and plumbing systems.
